Great success for Dental Design
In October 2008, Dental Design was awarded the highly prestigious ‘Investor in People’ status which lasts for 3 years. In August 2011, the company retained its ‘Investor in People’ status. Managing Director, Nigel Reece spoke of his delight at achieving the accolade “It’s a big things for us to have been awarded IIP status, I don’t think it’s widely recognised that we’ve got a big team here and have been established for more than 8 years – I think in a way, achieving IIP re-affirms this to our clients and more importantly, it substantiates our aims and visions; to provide the best service possible to the dental profession”.
What is Investor in People?
The Investor in People Standard is a business improvement tool designed to advance an organisation’s performance through its people. Developed in 1990 by a partnership of leading businesses and national organisations, the Standard helps organisations to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of their people.
Every member of the team at Dental Design is continually developing their skills, through a mixture of external courses and internal sessions. This commitment to development ensures we can provide our customers with an optimum service in this ever changing market.
