I understand that arrangements for the care, supervision and discipline of the participant will be in accordance with the normal policies and practices of Bournemouth Rugby Football Club.
I agree to abide by the guidelines for acceptable behaviour laid down in the ‘BRFC Y&M Codes of Conduct’ booklet.
I agree to reinforce the guidelines for acceptable behaviour in the participant’s membership of BRFC Y&M.
I understand that whilst every care will be taken, the club and its staff cannot be held responsible for damage to, or loss of, property.
