Bournemouth RFC would like to say a HUGE thankyou to all our guests who joined us for our festival on 30th March, from as far afield as Devon, London, Wales and Germany.
As last year, estimates of between 4,500 and 5,000 visitors to our club, with over 1,900 boys and girls from 20 clubs, playing a total of about 290 matches throughout the day.

The quality of rugby on display improves year on year and, as we have come to expect, the spirit in which the games were played was a credit to everyone involved (though some of the coaches might like to take a step back and consider that the reason we're here is for the youngsters to enjoy themselves ;-).
As in all sports, there have to be winners and losers. Even so, we'd like to congratulate all those who took part, particularly those who got through to the finals.

Could we ask all clubs to remind parents and visitors that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Bournemouth Sports campus at any time. Unfortunately, every year, we have to argue with a few people about why their little 'Rover' can't be the exception to this rule!
